Thrive Women Limited
This Agreement is effective from the date of payment or completion of purchase.
Parties:
Thrive Women Limited (Company No. 16071917), registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 26 Redacre Road, Manchester M18 8RE ("the Service Provider"), and you, the paying individual or organisation ("the Client").
Thank you for your interest in joining Thrive Women as a Hub Partner. Please read this Agreement carefully.
By completing your purchase or making any payment—whether in full or by instalment—you confirm that:
(a) You have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement;
(b) You are entering into a legally binding agreement with Thrive Women Limited for the duration of your selected Hub Partnership; and
(c) You acknowledge and accept that these terms apply in full, whether or not you have signed a separate copy of this Agreement.
This Agreement governs the working relationship between the Service Provider and the Client ("the Parties") and sets out the scope, expectations, responsibilities, and terms related to the Thrive Women Hub Partnership.
1. Programme Description.
You have enrolled in to Thrive Women Hub Partnership
The cost of the partnerships are
Gold £999
Positioned as a Gold Hub Partner within the Hub Partnership 2025 page on www.thrivewomen.co.uk
- A URL Page from your business that will be created based on the onboarding process which will include
- Your introductory copy for your page
- 6 images. - The lead contact image; the Thrive Value add Contribution image, 4 Featured static images. Your main lead contact image will be the same for the bottom of the URL page which will also include
-3 social media links.
- A static link to a place outside of Thrive to direct Thrive members to Connect with you - “Connect with me” button
- A prime position on the Monthly Facebook Group Hub Partner Thread
- The ability to post, share within the Hub Partner weekly and monthly pinned Facebook posts.
- The ability to respond to women in the Facebook group driving traffic and engagement through the membership portal.
- No outside links to be shared on the Facebook pages or within the membership hub - all traffic to be directed to your Thrive Hub Partner page to be directed to your own “Connect with Me” button
- A static Blog Post to emphasise the value of the value add offering you are bringing to the membership.
- 6 masterclasses/events per annum booked and agreed in advance to be held for members only in the Thrive Zoom Room. These will be recorded, downloaded and uploaded to the membership site to be able to share with members, adding further value and allowing members to find you and engage with you
- Communication through discussion threads in the online Thrive Hub membership site.
Silver £777
Positioned as a Silver Hub Partner within the Hub Partnership 2025 page on www.thrivewomen.co.uk

• Your introductory copy for your page
• 2 images. - the lead contact image; 1 Featured static Image
URL page which will also include 3 social media links.
• A static link to a place outside of Thrive to direct Thrive members to Connect with you - “Connect with me” button
• Part of the Monthly Facebook Group Hub Partner Thread
• The ability to post, share within the Hub Partner weekly and monthly pinned Facebook posts.
• The ability to respond to women in the Facebook group driving traffic and engagement through the membership portal.
• No outside links to be shared on the Facebook pages or within the membership hub - all traffic to be directed to your Thrive Hub Partner page to be directed to your own “Connect with Me” button

Bronze £444
Positioned as a Bronze Hub Partner within the Hub Partnership 2025 page on www.thrivewomen.co.uk

·The ability to respond to women in the Facebook group driving traffic and engagement through the membership portal.
·No outside links to be shared on the Facebook pages or within the membership hub - all traffic to be directed to your Thrive Hub Partner page to be directed to your own “Connect with Me” button
·A static Blog Post to emphasise the value of the value add offering you are bringing to the membership.
·Communication through discussion threads in the online Thrive Hub membership site.
If a payment plan has been chosen – It begins from the date you completed your purchase or submitted your first payment (either in full or in part). For the avoidance of doubt, monthly instalment payments of £333 for Gold/£388.50 for Silver and £52 per month for Bronze with a £132 set up fee are due on the day of the month you signed up each month. The monthly payments will commence from day and date of sign up and the last payment day and date will be the next payment month. For example if you join on the 2nd July, your first payment of £333 (Gold) £388.50 (silver) or £132 (bronze) is taken on that day the next payment will be taken on the 2nd August etc.
The full details of the Partnership / Services are listed in the HUB PARTNERSHIP sales page. This doesn’t include any one to one time with the team in this Partnership.
2. Our Responsibilities.
As your HOST HUB PARTNER, our role is to:
Ensure that the systems are available for you to show case your business as set out.
The uploading and onboarding of your information to ensure the system directs Thrive traffic in the best ways to your designated pages.
Support you with any queries within business hours via email
Showcase your partnership position within the website; newsletter; blog posts and on the regular Hub Partner posts on the Thrive Women Living Our Best Lives Facebook Page
Check insurances and registration credentials as part of thorough onboarding process
Promote the Thrive Membership across all of the Thrive Women Facebook Pages
Offer support and accountability.
Provide honest feedback that may be received through the page
Comply with the terms of this Agreement.
As the Hub Partner, it is your responsibility to:
Operate within the realms of the spirit of the Thrive values at all times
Champion the power and value of the Thrive Hub Membership
Deliver value added services as agreed on accepting the Thrive Hub Partner Status
Pay the full Annual fee within the agreed terms
Ensure that the sessions you have booked for members are delivered as planned
Be open to new ideas and communicate honestly, openly and with integrity.
Be courteous and kind to all
Come to each Session willing to stretch and grow.
Ensuring insurances and certifications are valid and up to date providing renewal details
Failure to do this will/may result in your status being withdrawn until such time as your insurance is renewed.
Contacting Us: The primary method of contact is on email at [email protected] where we shall aim to respond within 48 hours Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
3. Payment
Payment for the Partnership is as set out in Clause 1.
Where you have opted to pay in instalments you irrevocably acknowledge and agree that this is not a subscription and that the full price depending on the level of service you have opted for is payable whether or not you continue to the end of the programme.
We accept payment via credit or debit card via our link or bank transfer where we have invoiced you.
We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying for the services is secure by using an encrypted secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, any failure by us to comply with this contract or our Privacy Policy (see clause 3) or breach by us of our duties under applicable laws, we will not be legally responsible to you for any loss that you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorised access to any information that you give us.
Your credit card or debit card will only be charged when you authorise the payments by clicking proceed through our website.
All payments by credit card or debit card need to be authorised by the relevant card issuer.
If your payment is not received by us we may charge interest on any balance outstanding at the rate of 4% percentage points per year above base rate and your inclusion in the Programme will be suspended until your payment is received. We will email you to let you know if we intend to do this.
Nothing in this clause affects your statutory cancellations rights so far as they apply.
The price of the services is in pounds sterling (£) (GBP) and includes VAT at the applicable rate.
5. Refunds
No refund policy shall apply to the programme/session. Should you choose not to continue to the end for any reason full payment will still be required.
Whilst you warrant that you are entering into this agreement solely for business purposes in the unlikely event that you are deemed a ‘consumer’ you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days. Should you wish to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel by a clear statement using the contact details provided.
If you agree for us to start providing the services during the cancellation period and relationship commences you then lose your right to cancel and will be required to pay the full price under this contract even if the cancellation period has not expired.
This does not affect your statutory rights, but once the Partnership has started, if you decide to withdraw at any time for any reason whatsoever, for the avoidance of any doubt you still will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the subscription, and no refund will be provided.
6. Confidentiality

Your privacy and personal information are important to us. Any personal information that you provide to us will be dealt with in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect from you, how and why we collect, store, use and share such information, your rights in relation to your personal information and how to contact us and supervisory authorities if you have a query or complaint about the use of your personal information.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
We retain all ownership rights to the materials provided, to you through your participation in the Partnership. We reserve all right title and ownership of all materials which are provided to you for your individual use only and with a single-user licence.
We do not authorise you to share, copy, distribute, or disseminate any materials received electronically or otherwise without our prior written consent. All intellectual property, including the web page layouts or any other content shall remain our property, and you will not obtain any rights of ownership or other rights (of whatever nature) in the digital or other content or in any copies of it. Any recordings content made within the Thrive Zoom room are used for the sole purpose of supporting the women in the membership. Elements of the recording may be used for advertising materials within the Facebook group.
8. Disclaimer
Whilst every effort has been made to accurately represent this partnership and its potential there is no guarantee of results or outcomes using this partnership and portal.
Examples of outcomes from former clients in any materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or a guarantee of your outcome.
Your potential is entirely dependent on the way you use our platform and your techniques and initiative in line with the Partnership subscription bought. Your level of success in attaining the results claimed in our materials depends entirely upon the time you devote to the partnership package, your commitment, your application of your ideas and techniques, your finances, your business, your health, your knowledge and various other skills. Since these factors differ according to individuals, we cannot guarantee your success. Nor can we be responsible for any of your actions.
You acknowledge that we are supporting you in our role exclusively as a Partner providing a platform for business promotion, wellbeing, inspirational and informational purposes only. We do not provide medical, financial or legal advice.
By completing your purchase or submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and understood this Disclaimer and agree to proceed on that basis.
9. Termination
We may terminate your access to the Partnership package, with immediate effect, if you:
(a) commit a material breach of your obligations under this Agreement; or
(b) fail to provide payment of any amount due as and when it becomes due; or
(c) have a bankruptcy petition presented against you or you become subject to a bankruptcy order or another situation where you may not be in a position to meet your contractual obligations under this Agreement; or
We shall also be entitled to limit or suspend, and/or terminate the arrangement without refund whether paid or remaining due and payable if we reasonably determine that you:
(a) are becoming disengaged, disruptive or if you impair the provision or the enjoyment of the Programme by any other participant. For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms disengaged and disruptive shall be given their ordinary dictionary meaning and examples of such behaviour shall include, but not be limited to, displaying a lack of interest in the, failing to respond positively to requests for further information or other contact, repeatedly ignoring or failing to respond to emails or other messages, communicating in a way which is abusive or intended to cause offence; and/or
(b) are failing to follow or abide by any of these Terms or any other terms or guidelines as may be agreed whether such action constitutes a material breach or not.
10. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the Partnership and in no circumstances shall the Directors of Thrive Women Limited be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that you may incur, the Directors of Thrive Women Limited entire liability under this Agreement, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to the Directors of Thrive Women Limited under this Agreement for the Programme rendered through and including the termination date and you agree that the Directors are not liable or responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Directors of Thrive Women Limited.
11. Notices
Any notices given under this Agreement shall be deemed served if received by E-mail or post to the following addresses; Email: [email protected] Post: at 26 Redacre Road, Manchester M18 8RE
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement may be modified or amended at any time if the amendment is made in writing and expressly agreed to by both Parties, including via written confirmation or continued use/payment following notice of the amendment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement to anyone else. In the event that any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the remaining portions of the Agreement which shall be severed and remain in full force. The failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of the right to later enforce and compel strict compliance with every part of this Agreement.
13. Disputes
We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with: the services;
our service to you generally; or any other matter, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] where we will aim to respond to your expression of dissatisfaction within 48 hours.
If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our internal complaint handling procedure, we will: let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you; and
give you certain information required by law about our alternative dispute resolution provider. If you want to take court proceedings, the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to this contract.
The laws of England and Wales will apply to this contract.
14. Miscellaneous
As the Client you further agree as follows;
To ensure that any value added product that you have provided as part of the partnership agreement is only offered to Thrive Women Hub membership to help maintain the value of the membership and the ability to direct women to you through the membership portal.
Your 12 – month partnership will commence formally on the 1st September 2025 even though we will be working with you from the point of payment.
We may offer you the opportunity to renew our partnership agreement 90 days before the end of the initial 12 month period. We reserve the right to amend the pricing in line with our business needs.
Acknowledgement of Agreement
By completing your purchase or submitting payment (in full or by instalment), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Services Agreement. This acceptance forms a legally binding contract between you and Thrive Women Limited.
No physical signature is required. Your payment constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined above in full.
If you do not agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement, do not proceed with payment or enrolment.
